This is the address for the upstairs business in the 2nd story of what was known as the Swan Block and is now known as the Charlson Building. The entrance to the upstairs is located on the Pennsylvania Ave side of the building, while the ground level businesses have entrances on the Broad St. side of the building. The photo above was taken shortly after the building was built in 1901.
