Harold Arthur Carpenter was born Dec. 23, 1917, to Arthur and Hanna Millang Carpenter. He died Sept. 16, 1988, and is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Story City, IA.
Harold served in World War II in the U.S. Army. He was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds received in Italy. |
