Bernt I. Egenes was born Apr. 24, 1903, to Ole Herbert and Johanna Serine Baardson Egenes. He died Feb. 25, 1981, and is buried in Red Lodge Cemetery, Red Lodge, Montana.

Bernt served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
