Ruth K. Howland Finnegan was born Dec. 4, 1917, to Theodore and Sennah Dale Howland. She died Aug. 12, 1974, and is buried in South Saint Petri Cemetery, Gilbert, IA.
Lt. Finnegan served in World War II with the U.S. Army Nurse Corps. She was married to Lt. Charles W. Finnegan who served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps. |
