Clarence Herman Moeller was born January 5, 1922 to Adam and Magdalena Grabau Moeller. He died July 5, 2003 and is buried in Saint Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Boone, IA.

​Clarence served in World War II in the U.S. Army.
